A Vital American Torch Kept Lit
Eight days before September 11, 2001, a booklet was published commonly referred to as The Vultures Booklet. When it was used in court the result was: Some judges ran out of court for two weeks, some judges took an early retirement and the Chief Justice was essentially fired.
Its Oregon author passed on in June of 2025, and the Constitutional lawyer who had taken the Oath of Office to an expanded application in California is no longer able to carry on the project; but a lone warrior still carries the torch in Texas. And thus, the original Vultures Booklet is available, with versions for all states in the works.

A Small But Powerful Little Booklet
The Vultures Booklet is a vital tool unlike any other.
Preserved by a dedicated team of volunteers, this obscure resource was first published in Oregon two weeks before the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Believe if or not, a United States senator called the author personally to tell him that his booklet was part of the reason for the taking down of the twin towers, as a way to make Americans look over here instead of over there.
Despite the distraction, the booklet resulted in four state judges leaving and/or being removed from office! The Senator who called Milt knew its power.
The power of this little booklet lies in its breakdown of United States law to empower the average American to take concrete, effective steps in holding elected officials accountable to the Oath of Office.
For, you see, as The Vultures Booklet makes clear, the Oath of Office is legally binding and required of any person holding public office in the United States of America.
