Hello Fellow Patriot,

If you're here, you're likely frustrated about corruption in government on some level. Maybe your local county board of supervisors is making moves that seem outside of their legal power. Or you think your state governor isn't following the will of the people. If you think you have a reason to question your representatives in government, the Vultures Project suggests learning learning the relevant laws and using them, just as the framers intended.

Whether you've secured your copy of The Vultures Guidebook or you're exploring its potential, this post is your starting point. We'll be sharing a series of blog posts over time, each drawing from the guidebook to offer practical insights and applications. Think of this post as a companion to the full resource, not a replacement, designed to deepen your understanding and confidence as you engage with its principles. Today, we're keeping it foundational, focusing on orienting you to what The Vultures Guidebook represents and how to approach it, whether you've got a copy of it yet or not. Our goal is education and value, empowering you with knowledge any American can use to take effective action.

All of them, you see had violated the oath of office by not taking the required oath which oath in part was to be impartial. They were not impartial.

The Vultures Project is about teaching Americans how to namely remove corrupt government officials. But how does it allow you to do that? The focus of the resources we have made available is the Oath of Office. This is the core of our teachings because in order to hold public office each official must take and adhere to their Oath. In each state the Oath of Office varies slightly, but at it's core the Oath of Office requires officials to uphold and defend the United States Constitution, against all enemies foreign and domestic. There are other components to it, though. In the Vultures Guidebook, I tell you where to find your state's Oath.

I'd like to dive a bit into one example from the talk I gave last Sunday. According to my associate the Constitutional lawyer, California Governor Gavin Newsom left out part of his Oath of Office, failing to vow as is required under the law that he does not belong to any organization or group involved in overthrowing the U.S.A. I don't know about you, but I'd say that's an obviously dangerous omission! The fact is though that what matters is he violated the legally required and binding Oath of Office by leaving that part out. This is grounds for removal, because in order to hold office in this country, he is legally required to not only take the full Oath of Office but to adhere to it.

The problem is, most Americans have no idea how to go about holding government officials like him accountable for such a serious omission. This is of course due to the larger agenda of which such omission is a part. But we're not going to go off into those weeds. Instead, we're going to stay on path. We're going to stay laser-focused on solving the issue.

So what can a frustrated American do about such a clear violation of the law by an elected official?

The key lies in understanding how to take effective action. Protesting is fine if it's nonviolent. Writing letters to Congress and the Senate creates a paper trail and counts. But following the legacy of The Vultures Booklet gets at the root of the problem in a sharp and lasting way.

We're willing to bet that Governor Newsom is counting on California residents to have no idea of the following:

  1. He is required to take and follow the Oath of Office.

  2. He seems not to have taken the full Oath of Office.

  3. If confirmed, he can be removed for this alone.

For readers who have already gotten a copy of The Vultures Guidebook, you can start putting THE STEPS into action in your state. A few of you have already started to ask about your specific situation. We suggest asking a few basic questions to get started.

Public Servant - any elected or appointed government office holder.

Ask yourself: how were you damaged by the public servant?

In our example, the governor of California seems to have failed to take the full Oath, which implies that he assumes this allows him to be involved with organizations working to overthrow the United States. If you can demonstrate this, that would be a clear act of treason, right? Obviously, an official committing treason puts you in direct danger of invasion and your Constitutional rights in jeopardy of being taken away. There's your damage.

In this example, now that you have identified the damage caused you by the public servant, your next step would be to document the Oath he took - remember the Guidebook tells you how to find this - and the Oath he was required to take in order to hold office.

This is simply a peek into the full process, to help orient you to this work and clarify the importance of its basis - the Oath of Office. The exact procedure any American can follow for the effective REMOVAL OF PUBLIC SERVANTS who have strayed from their duties is laid out in the Vultures Guidebook. At its heart, the Guidebook lays out the lawful process rooted in the United States Constitution. It equips you to identify violations of a public servant's legally required and binding Oath of Office—that solemn promise they take to uphold our founding document. When those oaths are broken through corruption or neglect, the Constitution protects your right to act. And the Guidebook makes that power accessible, no matter which state you call home. Even if you haven't obtained a copy yet, understanding the Guidebook's purpose can spark real momentum in your daily life as an American. Here's the value it unlocks, broken down simply:

  • Clarity on Your Rights: The Constitution doesn't mince words—it's your shield and sword. The Guidebook translates that into plain English, showing how oath violations create a direct path for removal. No legalese overload; just the essentials to get you oriented.

  • State-by-State Applicability: Designed for all states, it helps ensure you're not left guessing about local nuances. Whether you're in Nevada or Kentucky, the core steps remain universal, adapted to fit where you stand.

  • Empowerment Through Procedure: Imagine having a trusted companion that outlines the sequence - spotting the violation, documenting it, and initiating the removal process. It's not about theory—it's about following a proven procedure that patriots have refined over years.

I'd like to add that this isn't hype; it's the result of hard work by folks just like you, committed to restoring accountability and motivated to act when the opportunity to use this information came along. Owning the Guidebook means having it at your fingertips (it's compact, printable, and straightforward), but this post is intended to help you start, planting the seed for action in what might seem like an overwhelming task.
