Your First Step Toward Holding Officials Accountable to the Constitution

All of them, you see had violated the oath of office by not taking the required oath which oath in part was to be impartial. They were not impartial.

The Vultures Project is about teaching Americans how to namely remove corrupt government officials. But how does it allow you to do that? The focus of the resources we have made available is the Oath of Office. This is the core of our teachings because in order to hold public office each official must take and adhere to their Oath. In each state the Oath of Office varies slightly, but at it's core the Oath of Office requires officials to uphold and defend the United States Constitution, against all enemies foreign and domestic. There are other components to it, though. In the Vultures Guidebook, I tell you where to find your state's Oath.

I'd like to dive a bit into one example from the talk I gave last Sunday. According to my associate the Constitutional lawyer, California Governor Gavin Newsom left out part of his Oath of Office, failing to vow as is required under the law that he does not belong to any organization or group involved in overthrowing the U.S.A. I don't know about you, but I'd say that's an obviously dangerous omission! The fact is though that what matters is he violated the legally required and binding Oath of Office by leaving that part out. This is grounds for removal, because in order to hold office in this country, he is legally required to not only take the full Oath of Office but to adhere to it.

The problem is, most Americans have no idea how to go about holding government officials like him accountable for such a serious omission. This is of course due to the larger agenda of which such omission is a part. But we're not going to go off into those weeds. Instead, we're going to stay on path. We're going to stay laser-focused on solving the issue.

So what can a frustrated American do about such a clear violation of the law by an elected official?

The key lies in understanding how to take effective action. Protesting is fine if it's nonviolent. Writing letters to Congress and the Senate creates a paper trail and counts. But following the legacy of The Vultures Booklet gets at the root of the problem in a sharp and lasting way.

We're willing to bet that Governor Newsom is counting on California residents to have no idea of the following:

1. He is required to take and follow the Oath of Office.

2. He seems not to have taken the full Oath of Office.

3. If confirmed, he can be removed for this alone.

Public Servant - any elected or appointed government office holder.

Ask yourself: how were you damaged by the public servant?

In our example, the governor of California seems to have failed to take the full Oath, which implies that he assumes this allows him to be involved with organizations working to overthrow the United States. If you can demonstrate this, that would be a clear act of treason, right? Obviously, an official committing treason puts you in direct danger of invasion and your Constitutional rights in jeopardy of being taken away. There's your damage.

In this example, now that you have identified the damage caused you by the public servant, your next step would be to document the Oath he took - remember the Guidebook tells you how to find this - and the Oath he was required to take in order to hold office.
